Monday's workout

Twenty minutes on stationary bike (med-hard effort)
Twenty minutes on treadmill (incline 3 and 3.8 mph)

Leg press 150lbs 3 sets of 12
Chest press 10 lbs per arm 3 sets of 12
Lat. Pull down 70 lbs 3 sets of 12
